What follows is unsolicited, about a week after delivery* After our little one was born we found we needed some extra space. Home addition was not an option, as we need the space asap. We landed on a container Office and we shopped several companies and came across the typical scam artists. Then we found M1. Armando our sales guy, facilitated us through the whole project from design to delivery. The team at M1 even invited us to the warehouse to see projects in progress before we committed (as an aside, ask this of anyone you're considering buying from and if the answer is they "don't allow people on site"... those are the scams ) This visit let us know exactly who we were working with. We met with Alberto and he walked us through the project, we got some clarification and made some changes. With such a large but important expense we wanted to make sure we got it right and boy did we. From the first planning meeting to delivery was 2 months, mostly due to my meeting conflicts with work or not being able to be present for delivery. After a 50% deposit they got the container and completed the build in just under 4 weeks... during the holidays. They delivered after the remainder of the payment, the week after that. Delivery was a little more difficult than I imagined but the team handled the tight spacing well with out damage to the container, the house or any other equipment. We had our unit and were very excited. Then the first rain hit and we discovered our door was leaking. We were worried and I had to go out of town so I wasn't able to attempt repair on my own. I sent an email and within HOURS Armando made the team aware and Eduardo came out, installed a drip edge, leveled the container so that the doors sealed properly, and then, for good measure, did a full walk around of the unit and touched up any area of paint that he didn't like the look of. Our experience with the team at M1 was fantastic and while we paid more than had I tried a DIY container, it was totally worth it. As far as we're concerned M1 and the team was the only solution for something this nice, with already proven warranty support and at a speed that traditional construction couldn't touch. We are so pleased and I would consider myself likely to order another custom container (or more) in the not to distant future.

Shomari KentishI received bids from 2 other companies that ranged from $9000 to $3200 and told me I needed all kinds of extra supports all the way around my house. Only the front of my house had dropped. Hector gave me a price substantially lower and assured me they would do only what was needed. The other companies needed weeks before they could get to me M1 said they could be there in 2 days. The young man that came to do the work looked at the job and explained that they would get the front level and that’s all I needed. Work was done in less than 2 hours and house is perfectly level. My front door closes tightly now, hasn’t done that in years. Everyone I dealt with at M1 was extremely nice, helpful and courteous, could never deal with a nicer group of young men. Thank you M1!
